1.From week 23 there has been WINGO extra instead of the lucky dip how do I check results? |
It is the shorter version of filling all 24 numbers, numbers are called till the first person completely covers all five numbers from the numbers called ,in week 23 it took 17 calls and there were 9 winners who shared the prize , in week 24 it took 8 calls for the first person to cover his top line and there was only one winner.
Version two:- first card(s) to cover all 5 numbers on the top line. After which the winner is declared and the remaining calls |

2.How does one activate the ticket? |
Scratch the part written activation number and send the 12 digits to 5024,one will get a confirmation asking for
the name,age and location.Reply back by separating the name and age with a # and the location.Wait for the draw on
Sunday |
3.How long is the ticket eligible for the draw? |
Once the ticket is activated it is eligible for the draw for that week and once the draw is over a new ticket has to
be activated for the following weeks draw |
4.How long does it take to get a confirmation after the activation of the ticket? |
Immediately but there might be a slight delay due to the many number of people who are trying to activate their
number hence some delay |
5.How are the prizes being won? |
One has to match the 24 numbers on the ticket to the numbers called out on the draw on Sunday or match them
against the results on the Monday nation newspaper.All the 24 numbers must match to win the 500,000/-.The lucky
dip is won by picking lets say out of 10 tickets one will be picked to win the lucky dip prize which is 50,000/- |
6.How is the jackpot being won? |
Now a call will be made,by this i mean a certain number will be picked lets say 46,so when we get a winner at
the 46th call the jackpot will be won then and if we do not have a winner at that time then the jackpot will be
carried forward and since its an accumulative amount it will increase.eg the show for last Sunday the jackpot
was at 750,000 and now its gone up to 1M |
7.When are the draws being held? |
The draws will be held every Sunday for 13 weeks.The first draw was on the 27th of September 2009 |
