WINGO LOTTO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to the weekly WINGO Lotto

PLAYER'S OBJECTIVE:
The objective of a Player in a WINGO Lotto Game is to correctly match their set of ticket numbers against draw numbers televised to win the guaranteed prize. There will also be a chance to win the jackpot
A. Entry into a Game
1. Purchase of a WINGO Lotto ticket constitutes acceptance of the WINGO Lotto terms and conditions
2. Only the plays activated by the player in the manner prescribed and advertised are eligible for participation in the WINGO Lotto Game. Activated games successfully received by the Central Computer System will notify players of the activation status and qualifying draw details. Each activated ticket will qualify for one draw only
3. A Ticket shall be the only valid basis for claiming a prize or prizes. Players may be required to provide additional proof of activation

B. Player responsibility
1. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Player to verify that the Play recorded on the Ticket contains a valid set of numbers, activation code and serial number for a WINGO Lotto Draw and that the date of the Draw notified via return SMS is correct, and to call the support lines per E 1.1 before the draw in the event that the activation status has not been confirmed
2. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Player to accurately activate tickets, by scratching the panel labeled “ACTIVATION NUMBER” on the purchased ticket and register in the prescribed and advertised manner. Ticket will only be activated by sending an SMS to short code 5024 between Monday and Saturday. Activation Lines will remain closed on Sunday to reopen on Monday after the draw
3. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Player to incur the activation and or attempted costs of ticket activation. KCS and or its agents shall not be liable for any erroneous activation attempts, network failures, technical delays or otherwise
4. It shall be the responsibility of the player to register with the Central server player details as advertised. Registration is required once and will be linked to the activating mobile line. Additional registration is required when changing lines or using a different line. In the event of receiving different details from a previously registered line the most recent registration will be considered correct

C. Sale of Tickets
1. No Ticket shall be sold to any person under the age of eighteen years

DRAWINGS AND DIVISION OF PRIZES
Selection of Winning Numbers

1. WINGO Lotto Drawings shall be made using electro mechanical drawing equipment.
2. At each WINGO Lotto Drawing the sequence of the numbers drawn from the range 1 to 75 will be randomly determined.
3. At each WINGO Lotto Drawing a winning Lucky Dip Card Number will be randomly selected from activated tickets for the week.
4. The Winning Numbers will be provided to the media for dissemination to the public.

Categories of Prizes and allocation of Prize Pools for each WINGO Lotto Game Drawing
The prize categories within each WINGO Lotto Game shall be as follows:
1. One lucky randomly selected ticket per week , from those activated in the week will win a guaranteed Kes 50,000/=
2. Every week there will be a guaranteed Kes. 500,000/= for a minimum of one ticket containing 24 matching numbers. In the event that there is more than one winning ticket then the prize will be divided equally
3. There is an additional weekly Jackpot prize of Kes250, 000/= for the winning ticket as per B-2.2 provided all 24 numbers were marked within the call limit. If the Jackpot isn’t won in the current week it shall accumulate and be added to the following weeks jackpot till won. Every week the set call limit will be advertised and announced together with the available Jackpot for the week

PAYMENT OF PRIZES AND TICKET VALIDATION REQUIREMENTS
(a) Payment of Prizes
Prizes in all prize categories will be available for payment on the day following the Drawing, and will only be paid upon presentation of the original winning ticket
(b) Ticket Validation Requirements
In addition to any other requirements specified in these Rules, the following requirements shall apply before a Ticket shall be regarded as a prize winning Ticket.
1. The Ticket must have been issued on behalf of KCS by a WINGO Lotto Agent.
2. The Ticket must be intact and must not be mutilated, altered, illegible, incomplete or tampered with in any manner.
3. The information recorded on the Ticket must correspond with the Central Computer System computer records. Only the Tickets recorded by the Central Computer System will participate in the WINGO Lotto Game.

(c) Consequences of Ticket being invalid
1. In the event that a Ticket fails to pass any of the criteria set out in Rule 2 of these Rules, that Ticket shall be deemed void and ineligible for any prize.
2. KCS may solely at its option, replace an invalid Ticket with a Ticket of equivalent sales price for any subsequent Game provided the game is still in the market.
3. Liability, if any, of KCS is limited to replacement or refund of only the ticket sales price.

CLAIMING A PRIZE
(a) Time Limit on Claims
1.All prizes must be claimed within 90 days from the date of the WINGO Lotto Drawing.
2.All WINGO Lotto prizes must be redeemed at KCS Head office. Winners will provide identification details, allow collection of photographic evidence and implied permission to publicize winner in marketing material
